Today’s question posed by the lovely ladies at YA Highway is …
What do you want for Christmas?
Technically speaking, the husband and I bought a new lens for our camera a few weeks ago, so we’re not exchanging gifts this year. But that doesn’t mean I can’t still hope that Santa brings me …
A Tudor History Tour! That’s right—three, five, seven or ten nights immersed in Tudor England. Hampton Court! The childhood home of Anne Boleyn! The Globe!
Alright, technically I’ve already visited a lot of these places, but not in a while, and not since I’ve decided my next historical is going to take place in the 16th Century. Research! It’s been five years since my last research trip to London, so I already have a deal with my husband that we’re going (he’s never been, which is pretty close to blasphemy in my book) for another research trip if and when I sign with a literary agent. He’s agreed to these terms.
So I guess really, Santa, I’d like an agent for Christmas. Can you make that happen?
