Once upon a time, there was a boy who fell in love with a girl, and that girl fell harder for him than she ever would have thought possible. They took things slowly at first, but it didn’t take long for them both to realize that this was it. The real thing. And so, after a truly epic proposal that is the stuff of old Hollywood movies,* that girl and that boy made it official before their closest friends and family and started their happily ever after.

*Just kidding about that epic proposal thing. My husband asked me to marry him on a Thursday night while I sat on the couch in our living room, bitching at him to make a damned decision about dinner already. Let’s just say Hollywood isn’t going to be clambering to buy the rights to that story any time soon.
