Oh Cinna, where are you when I need you?

I just love fashion magazines. I get giddy when September Vogue hits newsstands. I’m happy to have found another blogging gig where lusting over beautiful things is encouraged. And sometimes when I’m reading I’ll set down a book, close my eyes and imagine what the characters might be wearing. Really. And so in the spirit of lusting, and with a little help from Polyvore, I’d like to present My Top 3 Characters Whose Wardrobes I’d Like to Steal!

3. Effie Trinket

Ah Effie, loveable District 12 escort extraordinaire. When I think Effie, I think John Galliano, I think Alexander McQueen—RIP 🙁 I think nights on the town, lavish parties, and all-around, over-the-top awesomeness.

2. Gemma Doyle

Well, Gemma Doyle reimagined in the 21st Century, that is. As much as I love Victorian England, I have no desire to wear a corset. Ever. But modern day lace and pearls and frills and ribbons? Sign me up!

1. Mia Thermopolis

One word: PRINCESS. ‘Nuf said.

Ok, three more words: Unlimited clothing budget.

There, now ‘nuf said.

AWESOME. I recently discovered Polyvore, but I was not nearly so creative as you… I just spent waaaaay too much time oggling things I wanted.

I love the Effie Trinket one — spot on! And, le sigh… I heart the Gemma Doyle Trilogy. I double heart the Princess Diaries…

I love Polyvore, but yes—total time suck! It's one of those websites I go to, blink, and discover three hours have gone by.

So lovely. I am not sure how you did the images but they looked fantastic. Jealous of your gig, sounds dreamy.
